VIU students are welcome to come and get help from fellow students. The center is staffed by student-tutors selected from Vancouver Island University science programs.
From second week of classes to the last day of classes in each of the fall, spring, and summer (May to June) semesters (excluding reading breaks).

- Monday: 9:00am - 1:00pm and 2:00 - 4:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 1:00pm and 2:30 - 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am - 1:00pm and 2:30 - 4:30pm
- Thursday: 9:00am - 1:00pm, and 3:00 - 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 1:30pm and 2:30 - 3:30
